In accordance with the current legislation, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated May 12, 1991 No. 1023-ХІІ and Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. This applies to such goods as perfumery, cosmetics, sanitary hygiene items, combs, combs, massage brushes, products in aerosol packaging, as well as manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, nail files, etc.).
